Movie “Underworld Awakening” Slams the Box Office with $25.3M over the Weekend

As expected, the newest film of the Underworld movie franchise definitely nailed it as it slams the Box Office with $25.3 million over the weekend.

Kate Beckinsale really helped the movie make it on the hit list of the Box Office Movies of the year as it propelled the fourth film in the Underworld film franchise, “Underworld Awakening”, as it started its first debut with $25.3M, leaving last week’s No. 1 movie, the thriller “Contraband” who also stars Kate Beckinsale, fall to third place with just over $12 million. See the huge difference there is? It’s even more than half of the earnings that the Underworld Awakening has reached.
