Walking Dead Showrunner Says Why Show Won’t End Soon

The showrunner of the hit horror thriller series The Walking Dead is not yet vocal about the upcoming third season of the TV series, however, he will emphatically say how the whole series won’t end.

Gen Mazzara did not intend to spoil you with what to expect in the ending of the upcoming third season of the series but during their talk with The Wrap during one crucial day of filming of the third season, he revealed some things that the viewers were really surprised to know. The first thing that he revealed is the fact that the third season is set largely in a prison and features a vicious new villain called the Governor.

During the interview, we have noted that there are generally three types of endings for zombies stories. One of the scenes include a part when the survivors seem to be taking a boat while looking for a safe place to stay. Are they heading to some hidden island or whatever this time?

But Mazarra interjected on the concept of looking for a safe place to stay. He said, “No! There is no safe haven in this world. I want to make that clear. At the end of our season 2 finale that farm is overtaken and that farm was that last safe haven, and there is no safe haven in that world. I want to be very clear about that. No one is safe. There is no safe haven.”

Looks like there is no escape here. What does Mazarra mean about this? What will we expect in the upcoming season? This becomes even more exciting!
